Winiharto was established in 1971 and currently is the sole distributor of Sartorius weighingequipment and laboratorial instrument which ranges from high-precision balances and waterpurification systems used in laboratories to truck and tank/hopper weighing instruments. The Sartoriusequipments brand has been known for its excellent quality and being used in both small-scale industryand large manufacturing facilities worldwide. In Indonesia, our clients vary from local companies to multi-national companies. Our offices are located in major cities in Java with our head office located in Jakarta. We are currently seeking an individual to fill the position of:Administrative Assistant
Some duties and key responsibilities are but not limited to:
Input of received Purchase Order to our database system
Maintain proper recording of Purchase Order received.
Reviewing received Purchase Order from customer.
Conduct follow up on generated Quotations.
Contact customer for appointments for presentations, engineering surveys, etc.
Generate Purchase Requests for necessary equipments not available in stock.
Collect supporting financial documents (i.e Cash/Bank Voucher, Bank Statements, Accountreceivable /Account payable report, Sales report, SPK, etc.) and review the accuracy and thecompleteness of the respective documents.
Properly maintain and archive the supporting documents.
Generate journal entry and quarterly financial report
Generate budget and realization financial report.
Knowledge, Skill, and Qualification:
Minimum D-3 qualification in any major
Must be able to operate a computer
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Any previous administrative experience will be an added advantage
